Kymberlee has a long family history on Catalina Island, grew up visiting the island, and worked and painted on the island full-time between 2019 and 2022. It was her dream to live on the island as the colors and palette inspired her work and life. During those years she painted in plein air throughout the island, and worked in her studio on Pebbly Beach overlooking a shipping yard. In 2021 and 2024, she was the featured artist for the annual Catalina Island Festival of the Arts, and continues showing and selling her work at throughout the island.
